DISTILLERY
SOL DE LOS ANDES, has a production capacity of 50,000 bottles of grape marc spirit a year, mainly for the export market. They have been tested in form analytically and sensory in the University of Enology and Viticulture in Geisenheim, Germany one of the most prestigious universities of the European Community.
The distillery counts with alembics, specially designed for the production of high quality grape marc spirits varietals, obtained from bi-distillation and then subject to a cryo-filtration process to obtain maximum purity of flavor and bouquet.
The stills were made to measure, under Italian license maximizing both energy resources as raw materials in order to obtain a grape marc spirit of the highest quality.
