Sol de los Andes S. A., is a family business and it was founded 2000. It is dedicated to the production of high quality grape marc spirit.
The mentor of this company, engineer Rolando Hilbing, is an Enology professor at the University of Cuyo. He obtained his degree on Enology and Viticulture from the University of Greisenheim, Germany. In year 2000, he specialized on spirit drinks at the same university.
Our distillery elaborates four different kinds of grape marc spirit, all of which are made with recently pressed grape marc. The marc is taken from the best viticulture areas. The marc is then distilled and treated with high tech equipments, imported from Germany and built under license Italian.

Since the selection of marc until fractionation and stowage, the production process is carefully, followed, by Mr. Hilbing, allowing obtaining a high quality craft products with specific features. Prepared according to strict quality standards at all stages.
